Beats are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Beats bought from the Exclusive Beats section are removed from the marketplace permanently at the moment of purchase, and any samples derived from them are withdrawn from the Sample Library. Because that removal takes a unique item off sale for everyone else, exclusive purchases are final — they are refundable only in the "When we DO refund" cases above (non-delivery, defective files, duplicate charge).
If an exclusive purchase is refunded, the Exclusive Licence is revoked: your right to use the Beat ends, you must stop using and delete the delivered files, and the Beat is returned to the marketplace for sale to others.
Contact musiclawmain@gmail.com or the Telegram support channel within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal order ID. Valid refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method within 5 business days. You may also use PayPal's dispute process; we respond to all disputes with delivery evidence.
